💼 About This Role
You'll help high-growth fintech companies leverage Plaid's financial data platform to achieve their goals. You'll own the full sales cycle, build deep customer relationships, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive adoption of Plaid solutions.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build close customer relationships and identify business value across your territory.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with support from sales engineers and product specialists.
- Manage pipeline, forecast deal value, and accurately predict closure probability.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to support a consultative sales motion.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in a quota-carrying direct sales role with strong attainment track record.
- Excellent prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills.
- Working knowledge of APIs and desire to understand technical products.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
