💼 About This Role

You'll help high-growth fintech companies leverage Plaid's financial data platform to achieve their goals. You'll own the full sales cycle, build deep customer relationships, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive adoption of Plaid solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build close customer relationships and identify business value across your territory.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with support from sales engineers and product specialists.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast deal value, and accurately predict closure probability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support a consultative sales motion.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in a quota-carrying direct sales role with strong attainment track record.
  • Excellent prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and desire to understand technical products.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
