You will support global training operations by managing LMS-driven processes, customer communication, and coordination activities. You'll handle registrations, certifications, scheduling, reporting, and gap analysis, while contributing to process improvements and adoption of automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training operations or administration
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management System (LMS) in operational role
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support global customers, partners, and internal teams with training registrations and queries
  • Manage end-to-end training coordination, including scheduling, enrolments, approvals, and user records in LMS
  • Respond to LMS-related queries (account status, access issues, routine admin)
  • Generate operational reports and support training gap analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements and adoption of automation/AI tools
