Description

In this role, you will build and scale a partner marketing function that transforms the partner ecosystem into a strategic growth engine. You'll define how to engage, enable, and grow channel and integration partners through co-marketing programs and data-driven engagement, driving acquisition and monetization for Justworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Partner Marketing strategy for channel, integration, and alliance partners
• Define marketing framework for partner lifecycle engagement: onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, retention
• Build scalable programs for partner visibility, pipeline growth, customer adoption, and lifetime value
• Lead integrated co-marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, content, and digital programs
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Partner Marketing team
