You'll serve as the on-site technical point of contact for BESS construction and commissioning of a utility-scale project. Your core impact is ensuring installation aligns with engineering standards and resolving field issues in real-time. This role stands out as it embeds you within a mission-driven team scaling clean energy infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interpret engineering drawings for field installation teams
• Review and resolve RFIs with engineering and EPC teams
• Monitor installation compliance with design and codes
• Support FAT, SAT, punch list, and project closeout activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in field engineering or power systems
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read electrical drawings
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA codes and standards

• Experience with BESS systems
• EPC or infrastructure project experience
• EIT or PE certification
