💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain data pipelines and transformation models that power Tableau dashboards and business decisions across IEM. You'll turn raw source data into reliable analytics-ready datasets using a modern data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau). This role offers real ownership of production data models and growing influence on engineering standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines using Fivetran and custom integrations
• Develop, test, and document dbt transformation models
• Build dimensional models for optimal Tableau performance
• Write and maintain dbt tests and monitor data quality

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Strong SQL skills including CTEs, window functions, query optimization
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
• Working experience with dbt for building and testing data transformations

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with dimensional modeling (star schemas, fact/dimension tables)
• Experience with manufacturing, construction, or project management data systems
