You'll manage strategic partner growth for a remote-focused affiliate marketing agency, driving client revenue through high-value publisher relationships in the Brazil/LATAM market. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise brands and shape global partnership strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and optimize high-potential publisher partners for client programs.
• Manage day-to-day communication and negotiations with top partners.
• Create and execute paid placement and recruitment strategies.
• Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to clients.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of affiliate marketing or partnership management experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish also accepted).
• Experience working with enterprise brands in the Brazil/LATAM market.
• Proven track record of commercial sales and hitting revenue targets.

• Existing network of affiliate relationships in LATAM.
• Experience with tools like APVision or SimilarWeb.
• Knowledge of performance and acquisition marketing.
