- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives.
- Define long-term vision and strategy with senior leadership.
- Own revenue targets and new client acquisition goals.
- Coach team on consultative and solution-based selling.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience scaling sales in a high-growth technology environment.
- Ability to forecast and manage a high growth business.

- Experience running complex sales cycles with commercial/enterprise customers.
