Description

You will provide the quantitative backbone for strategic engagements at Code and Theory, conducting deep-dive research, pipeline analysis, and data ecosystem auditing to produce evidence that shapes decisions. This is not a reporting role; you'll be embedded with teams and client partnerships, turning data into actionable insights for commercial and infrastructure-focused projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Experience with CRM data (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of analysis informing strategic decisions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and data auditing or ecosystem mapping is a plus
• Background in management consulting or enterprise technology analytics valued

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research on target accounts including financial performance and competitive dynamics
• Analyze pipeline data to identify conversion patterns and whitespace
• Audit data ecosystems across CRM, partner portals, and marketing platforms
• Build financial models, market sizing, and scenario analyses
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks
