You'll create the best in-store experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store. This role lets you combine your love of pop culture with community impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.
