💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cloud Escalations Team, providing Azure support for a diverse multi-client environment. You'll resolve high-priority incidents and manage customer infrastructure following ITIL best practices. This role offers remote work within the US and requires Public Trust clearance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as escalation point for high-priority incidents and troubleshooting
• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
• Develop and maintain documentation and automation processes
• Participate in on-call rotation for escalated support

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Azure Cloud support
• Experience with PowerShell and Bicep scripting
• Knowledge of network platforms and firewalls
• Ability to pass US Public Trust background check

✨ Nice to Have

• Hyper-V or VMware hypervisor experience
• Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ-104) certification
