💼 About This Role

You'll own Hero performance—quality and efficiency at scale in a new healthcare profession. You'll build the systems, workflows, and product that make 6-star care repeatable across hundreds of Heroes. This role combines operations, product, and people leadership to redefine senior care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define quality standards for every Hero interaction and build measurement systems
• Optimize workflows to increase caseload capacity without sacrificing human touch
• Collaborate with engineering to build products that augment Heroes' capabilities
• Own Hero hiring from sourcing to onboarding as the team scales

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in bizops or operations at a fast-growing startup
• Experience owning P&L for a business unit or workforce segment
• Driven behavior change at scale (50+ people) in a frontline workforce
• Track record shipping intuitive products for underserved users
