You'll drive the financial and people strategy for a national nonprofit advancing sexual and reproductive well-being. You'll ensure resources align with mission, manage a team of five, and serve as the primary liaison to the Board's Finance & Audit Committee. This role combines financial oversight and people operations to create an equitable, high-performing organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage team of five, including direct supervision of key roles.
  • Oversee People Culture: culture, roles, development, performance, compensation, compliance.
  • Manage all financial activities: policies, controls, budgeting, audits, revenue recognition.
  • Supervise month-end closing, review expense reports, credit card, reconciliations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10-15 years experience as CFO, finance director, or controller in nonprofit
  • 7 years supervisory experience
  • GAAP expertise including revenue recognition, grant accounting, 501(c)(3) compliance
