🎯 What You'll Do

• Define vision for dataset composition and collection methods
• Design frameworks to estimate data needs using scaling laws
• Refine evaluation datasets for coverage and statistical power
• Analyze data sources to identify gaps and biases

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS and 10+ years industry experience, or PhD + 8 years in quantitative field
• 8+ years using analytics and ML for complex product or autonomous systems problems
• 5+ years coding in Python, R, or SQL with statistical analysis
• Proven ability to deliver on ambiguous technical projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale datasets and ML techniques
• 6+ years leading data analytics initiatives and strategy
• Deep experience in experimental design and causal inference
