💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility in Wenatchee, WA, maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and aerial lifts using our T3 platform to diagnose issues faster. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with year-round OEM training and company-provided tools. This role combines field service with technology to empower contractors and transform construction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using technology
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repair and maintenance
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of schematics
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
