Description

As a Line Lead, you will manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, ensuring cars are processed safely while meeting production and quality goals. You'll oversee daily activities, provide coaching, and enforce standards to maintain high-quality vehicles for customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Ability to maintain high volume and quality in fast-paced environment
• Experience using computers

Responsibilities

• Manage car movement into and out of Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach for improvement
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members
• Train team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently
