🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound support conversations via Intercom.
  • Host virtual calls to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Create high-quality Linear tickets with reproduction steps.
  • Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with product team.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in customer support or operations.
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy and clear communication.
  • Relentless problem solver comfortable with ambiguous issues.
  • Operational precision and ability to document processes.
