🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle inbound support conversations via Intercom.
- Host virtual calls to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Create high-quality Linear tickets with reproduction steps.
- Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with product team.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in customer support or operations.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and clear communication.
- Relentless problem solver comfortable with ambiguous issues.
- Operational precision and ability to document processes.
