🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect rent and manage delinquency
• Conduct personalized tours resulting in new leases
• Coach and mentor team members in GM's absence
• Work weekends as needed (1-2 per month)

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• YARDI proficiency preferred
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
