💼 About This Role

You'll transform from a practicing non-emergency veterinarian into a confident ER doctor through a six-month immersive program with hands-on mentorship. You'll handle real emergency cases, perform surgeries, and advance skills in endoscopy and exotics. This program is one of the only structured ER transition programs in veterinary medicine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors on real ER cases
• Perform 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, nights)
• Participate in weekly case discussions and literature reviews
• Attend hands-on training at state-of-the-art facilities

📋 Requirements

• Valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• Be a practicing veterinarian for 1+ years
• Valid veterinary license and DEA registration in the state by start date
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and support up to 40 kg with assistance
