💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end financial management for a product portfolio at a defense technology company shaping strategy and driving financial performance. You'll build novel frameworks for operational decisions and present insights to senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage production financials including headcount, cash, demand planning, standard costing, and margins.
• Establish cost transparency for product materials and drive product margin improvements.
• Develop complex financial models to assess scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead executive reporting and present financial insights to senior management.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex financial information.

• MBA or technical background (Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations).
• Experience in operations or hardware environments.
