💼 About This Role

You'll design and analyze mechanical systems for satellite communications payloads, integrating hardware with electrical, RF, and software teams. Your work directly enables global mobile connectivity from space. You'll own end-to-end mechanical development from CAD to testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and modeling of satellite and payload hardware using SolidWorks
• Perform structural, vibration, and thermal analyses of space hardware
• Support satellite integration, testing, and delivery to launch
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for satellite design

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher
• 3-6 years of space hardware design, integration, or test experience
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (ideally SolidWorks)
• Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Femap, NASTRAN, Ansys, or Thermal Desktop
• Hands-on machine shop experience
• Familiarity with MATLAB or Python
