💼 About This Role

You'll design scalable data models and robust pipelines for a life insurance tech platform, working across the company to provide data solutions. You'll bridge the gap between making it work and making it scale, using GCP tools and AI assistants. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build robust data pipelines from first and third-party applications to the data warehouse.
• Design data exchange patterns with enterprise clients using API, gRPC, or event-driven methods.
• Support data integration for new partners on the platform and improve configurability.
• Develop CI/CD data models and pipelines for reporting, ML, and machine learning.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a data engineering role supporting data products for internal and external customers.
• 4+ years designing end-to-end cloud data pipelines (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 4+ years Python experience writing efficient, testable code.
• Advanced SQL expertise with columnar databases and performance tuning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI integrations (enterprise-grade).
• Experience with data contracts, data lakes, and API development.
