You'll coordinate and execute all aspects of internal and external events, from tradeshows to conferences. Your core impact is managing complex logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless on-site execution. This role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, employee events, and virtual events
• Manage venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution
• Own event project plans in Asana with timelines and status updates
• Track event budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI, flagging variances early
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners including agencies and hotels

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, business, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on event coordination with conference or tradeshow exposure
• Experience with Asana or comparable project management tool (Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
