You'll join Dust's engineering team to create delightful frontend experiences for our AI operating system. You'll collaborate with product designers and own features across the full stack. This role offers significant equity in a Sequoia-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement visually engaging user interfaces
• Frame and lead frontend technical projects to completion
• Collaborate with users and product designers to iterate on features
• Architect frontend systems for scale and maintainability

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of frontend engineering experience
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js or similar full-stack frameworks
• Comfortable working on REST API backend tasks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Previous startup experience in a fast-paced environment
