💼 About This Role

You'll support product operations for a privacy-focused communications company, ensuring seamless fulfillment and customer service for government customers. You'll own end-to-end accountability for mission-critical operational outcomes in a high-tempo environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational outcomes for government national security stream
• Resolve high-complexity technical issues as Tier 2 technical authority
• Lead operational rollout of hardware and specialized services
• Execute rigorous QA for weekly releases across device/OS/network layers
• Codify technical processes into SOPs and field manuals

📋 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in technical operations or mission support
• Active Secret clearance minimum, upgradeable to TS/SCI
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to lead high-stakes technical dialogues with clarity

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience managing CONUS or OCONUS supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
• Familiarity with RF communications, cellular architecture (LTE/5G)
