You'll develop 2D and 3D tracking algorithms for space situational awareness missions at a defense tech company. You'll design multi-target tracking systems using advanced state estimation and data association techniques. You'll transition algorithms from MATLAB/Python prototypes to production C++ code for real-time operational systems.

• Design and implement advanced object tracking and state estimation algorithms

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in multi-target tracking algorithms
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and transitioning algorithms to C++

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering or Physics
• Experience in missile defense or space systems
• Familiarity with real-time system constraints or embedded systems
