You'll create and scale high-performing static and motion creative for a fast-growing fintech unicorn. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition across paid channels and lifecycle communications. You'll collaborate closely with growth and product teams to iterate based on performance data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create static and motion ad creative for paid social channels
• Produce lifecycle communications like emails and direct mailers
• Iterate designs based on performance metrics and feedback
• Conduct creative QA ensuring accuracy in regulatory text and exports

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of design work experience in marketing or advertising
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
• Experience creating high-performing designs at volume for digital marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
