You'll lead Lio's engineering teams, working with the CTO to drive technical vision and product architecture. You'll shape scalable delivery and engineering excellence across all products. Your leadership will be central to building a world-class engineering organization.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams across Core, Product, and Infrastructure
• Define technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap with CTO
• Implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software
• Deep technical background with ability to work hands-on and set strategy
• End-to-end thinking from architecture to delivery and operations
• Fast-paced environment experience balancing leadership and hands-on coding
