You'll own the enablement roadmap and orchestrate cross-functional alignment to translate fintech capabilities into scalable enablement experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own the annual Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional project management for major initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to create enablement materials.
• Design and deliver training programs for product fluency and sales execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM roles.
• Fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payments, card issuing, APIs and compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
