🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical roadmap and architecture for data platform efficiency
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLAs for data availability and quality
• Lead solutioning for complex product problems
• Manage engineers end-to-end, owning project delivery and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years managing software development teams
• Expertise in Scala, Java, Python, or Go
• Deep experience with Open Table Formats like Delta Lake, Iceberg, or Hudi

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Understanding of Apache Airflow workflow orchestration
• Experience with Apache Ranger and auditing frameworks
