Description

You will lead architectural design and project management for ALO's special projects, including offices, experiential fit outs, wellness clubs, and pop-ups globally. Drive 5-10 projects per year from inception through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive architectural design and project management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel and Project, and GenAI platforms
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate and construction
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Drive development and management of 5-10 global projects per year from inception to occupancy
• Source, onboard, and manage consultants, vendors, and general contractors
• Lead internal communication and coordination between stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure compliance with brand standards and landlord requirements
• Lead project bidding, GC selection, and oversee construction administration including submittals and site observations
