🎯 What You'll Do

• Review operational reports and track IA FO productivity
• Identify risk mitigation opportunities and process improvements
• Coach field officers on challenges and provide input
• Develop daily work plans and manage expense requests

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in Lulamogi and Lugwere
• Experience working in Excel for operational data
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate junior staff
