๐ผ About This Role
You'll develop and maintain Lapel's brand voice and positioning, shaping how the market understands a new category of software. As a close creative partner to the founders, you'll own the marketing engine across written, video, and launch formats. This role is fully in-person at our San Francisco HQ, working together in-office most days.

- Develop and maintain brand voice and positioning across every external surface
- Write content that builds public presence for a new software category
- Own the marketing engine across written, video, and launch formats
- Brief and manage freelance writers, designers, and video editors
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning brand, content, or narrative at a tech company
- Compelling writer with ability to translate complex product concepts
- Strong strategic instincts connecting product, market, and culture
- High bar for taste and can distinguish sharp from generic content
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with end-to-end launch execution and distribution
- Comfortable writing and developing POVs on behalf of the team
