Description
You will own the entire EMEA ADR function, leading a team of 5 managers and 48 ADRs across UK, France, Germany, and Netherlands. This role reports directly to the VP and involves driving pipeline attainment, talent development, and embedding AI tooling to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Second-line leadership experience in ADR/SDR/BDR function (managed managers)
- Ownership of an EMEA or multi-market region (UK + at least one continental European market)
- Consistent pipeline attainment across multiple consecutive periods
- Strong operational and analytical skills using data
- Cross-functional credibility with AE leadership, revenue ops, and enablement
Responsibilities
- Own EMEA ADR performance end-to-end (pipeline, forecasting, KPIs)
- Lead a tenured management bench across the region to raise performance ceiling
- Operate across multiple markets with different commercial dynamics
- Partner with AE and sales leadership as an equal on pipeline strategy and territory planning
- Drive talent pipeline into the broader GTM organization
- Embed AI tooling and data-driven operating rhythms across the team
