Description

You will establish and grow ShareGate's presence across the Asia-Pacific market by developing a hybrid two-tier distribution model, recruiting and enabling resellers and distributors, and driving partner-led revenue growth. As the founding APAC channel team member, you'll shape the regional strategy and act as the primary face within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of channel experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 partner ecosystem (resellers, distributors, GSIs, consultants)

Responsibilities

• Launch and expand ShareGate's presence in APAC through strategic channel partnerships
• Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers and distributors for a hybrid two-tier distribution model
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for partner-led revenue growth
• Build strong multi-level relationships within partner organizations
• Enable partners with tools, training, and joint business planning
