Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of software development experience
• 10+ years building backend services and web applications
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and server technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems
• Define and execute technical strategy aligned with product roadmaps
• Drive architectural decisions and promote best practices across engineering teams
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and plan strategic initiatives
• Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and technical guidance
