💼 About This Role

You'll join Brimstone's R&D team to advance extractive metallurgy processes at bench and pilot scale. Your hands-on experimental work will directly support decarbonized cement production. This lab-intensive role offers the chance to collaborate with a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute bench-scale experiments in extractive metallurgy
• Perform hands-on hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical lab work
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in the lab
• Document experimental results and iterate rapidly

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science
• Extractive Metallurgy focus in academic or professional background
• Hands-on R&D lab experience with experimentation
• Hydrometallurgy and/or Pyrometallurgy expertise
