You'll manage a portfolio of salon clients, driving adoption of Fresha's platform features like FreshaPay and profile optimization. Your core impact is increasing client revenue through tailored consultation and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on the Southern Europe market and requires fluency in Romanian and Spanish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on Fresha's value
• Introduce and onboard clients to FreshaPay
• Help salons optimize profiles to maximize revenue
• Provide tailored consultation via video calls

📋 Requirements

• More than 3 years experience as an Account Manager
• Experience using data and reports to improve performance
• Fluency in Romanian and Spanish
• Experience in an outbound call environment
