You'll join BrightEdge's Talent Team to drive full-cycle recruitment for G&A roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience and build robust talent pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment: screen resumes, interview, negotiate, and close
• Build and track recruiting pipeline for weekly executive meetings
• Organize and document activity for team visibility
• Collaborate with team to help candidates find their dream jobs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Direct sourcing experience with ability to build pipelines
• Proven ability to build relationships with teammates and candidates
