💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Medical Director and Attending Physician for skilled nursing facilities in Paris, IL, building trust and continuity with vulnerable populations. You'll leverage intuitive technology and a collaborative clinical team to deliver exceptional care. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and uncapped productivity-based compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and Remote Patient Monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license as an MD or DO.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
