You'll lead and scale the entire data analytics organization at Solace, a Series C startup redefining healthcare navigation. Your core impact will be ensuring every product decision is backed by hard evidence. This role offers the challenge of building a high-output team and pioneering AI in analytics to exponentially increase leverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Analytics Leads.
• Act as strategic data counterpart to Product leadership.
• Shape long-term vision and roadmap for Data Analytics.
• Define and execute strategy for integrating AI into analytics.
• Partner with C-level executives to prioritize initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of data analytics or data science experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Product analytics mastery including experimental design and user behavior.
• Strategic fluency in modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Hex, Looker).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a data organization through hyper-growth.
• Advanced degree in quantitative field (Master's or PhD).
