• Own each home from inspection to move-in ready.
• Convert inspection notes into actionable punch lists.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure day-of readiness.
• Run pre- and post-repair quality assurance checks.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in startup operations or similar fast-paced role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with vendor management and scheduling.
