Description

You will lead monthly and year-end close processes, oversee financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, and manage ERP-related initiatives. You'll also supervise accounting staff, coordinate audits, and partner with FP&A to support business growth in a manufacturing and CPG environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification
• 8+ years of accounting experience with public accounting and industry mix
• Preferred: audit experience with CPG or manufacturing companies
• Deep technical accounting knowledge and US GAAP proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year-end close processes
• Review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Serve as finance liaison for ERP initiatives
• Lead year-end audit process with external auditors
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
