Description

You will lead day-to-day operations of a PACE senior care center, managing staff, budget, facility, and services to ensure exceptional participant experiences and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading a services business (healthcare, hospitality, senior services, etc.)
• Chinese language (Mandarin) required
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Administrative, organizational, and supervisory skills
• Ability to coordinate with agencies for seniors

Responsibilities

• Achieve exemplary customer satisfaction
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to center staff
• Own operating budget and P&L for assigned departments
• Oversee facility management and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to policies, workflows, and regulatory compliance
