Lead a geo-distributed data platform team building critical services for Auth0's identity platform. You will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and own delivery of scalable, reliable data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience developing scalable distributed systems, APIs, microservices for SaaS
• 3+ years managing a geo-dispersed software engineering team
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
• Experience hiring and mentoring top technical talent
• Technical leadership in design, implementation, and support of reliable platform services

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an inclusive, diverse agile software development team
• Cultivate a culture of discovery, learning, and experimentation through coaching and mentoring
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable distributed services using Go, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure
• Manage data streaming teams with event-driven architecture and Kafka
• Partner with product management and engineering leadership to define platform roadmap
