You'll develop and execute growth strategy for Imaging within the Voyager team, working across programs, engineering, and customers. You'll build and lead the EMEA growth team to drive sales campaigns and deliver financial performance metrics. This role offers a chance to shape strategic market growth in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead sales campaigns supporting diverse defense products.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the Growth team in EMEA.
  • Manage account activities including customer requirements and demos.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Proven business development leader who has won complex sales campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong management skills and high emotional intelligence.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with defense or government customers.
  • Familiarity with Lattice OS or similar AI platforms.
  • Background in engineering or technical fields.
