💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Base's door-to-door sales operations, building the turf strategy and lead routing engine for our first markets in Texas. You'll turn an early D2D motion into a repeatable playbook that rolls into any new territory. This role offers full ownership and the autonomy to build systems from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end market rollout process: turf mapping, permits, CRM setup, field logistics
  • Build and manage lead routing engine to inside sales with <5 min speed-to-contact
  • Carve territories using deal data and utility boundaries, enforce turf boundaries
  • Track and report on D2D channel metrics: rollout velocity, conversion, cancellation rates

📋 Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in sales operations, field operations, or enablement
  • Track record of scaling a repeatable process from one market into multiple
  • CRM fluency with HubSpot—complex workflows, custom properties, automated routing
  • Compliance-first mindset with experience in municipal solicitation permits and do-not-knock lists

  • Experience integrating field apps (SalesRabbit, Spotio, Badger) with CRM via API
  • Data fluency in SQL, BigQuery, or Grafana
  • D2D or outside sales ops experience
