Description

You'll join Midi Health's clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. This remote role involves patient-facing hours between 7 AM and 7 PM US time, with structured support and continuous learning to help close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one US state (multiple highly preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience (within last 5 years) in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct quality visits with time to listen, educate, and tailor treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based protocols including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
