Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating events
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Manage new hire pre-employment and post-employment processes (I-9, communications, hiring events)
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Maintain site rosters and order supplies
- Prepare communication plans and write internal communications
- Coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events
