Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience coordinating events
  • Flexible schedule including weekends
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire pre-employment and post-employment processes (I-9, communications, hiring events)
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Maintain site rosters and order supplies
  • Prepare communication plans and write internal communications
  • Coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events
