🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage BMS projects from contract award through closeout
• Partner with Controls Engineers to ensure accurate system design
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Own change order identification, pricing, and approval

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of BMS project management experience
• Working knowledge of BMS controls systems and platform capabilities
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance
• Ability to read contracts and construction documents

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Niagara N4, Distech, or Tridium platforms
• Knowledge of controls networks (BACnet, Modbus)
• Commissioning experience
