You'll lead and develop the AMER Recruiting Coordination team, owning the candidate experience across Notion's hiring ecosystem. You'll drive operational excellence by scaling systems like Ashby and Notion while leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work. This is a people-first leadership role focused on building a high-performing team and setting clear performance goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop Recruiting Coordinators across SF and NY
• Ensure consistent high-quality candidate experience across interview stages
• Scale workflows and tools (Ashby, Notion) to improve coordination
• Evaluate automation and AI to reduce manual work while preserving high-touch experience

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting
• 2+ years of management experience
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS
• Strong operational judgment and attention to detail

• Experience with Notion, Workday, and Ashby
• Experience with recruiting analytics and advanced reporting
